As National Director of Sales, Brent oversees the account management staffs of Fusework Studios and sister company Rutter Media. Brent leads the sales process with regards to approach, strategies, prospecting and presentations. He is also involved in staff training and recruitment.

Prior to joining Fusework, Baldwin spent nearly a decade in coaching, most recently as head football coach and an educator at Goshen High School in Northern Indiana. Brent, also was an Assistant Coach for 4 years at his alma mater Ball State University. In between coaching stints, Brent was employed as a field sales representative for two years at Zimmer Orthopedics, based out of Warsaw, Indiana.

Brent is a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor of arts in Secondary Education and a Masters in Athletic Administration. He is also a newly inducted member of the BSU Athletic Hall of Fame.

Brent resides in Muncie, Indiana with his wife Elizabeth and their two children, Sydney and Garrett.
