We’re currently looking for individuals to join our Internet Marketing Strategist Training Program in Indianapolis.

The training program begins as a part-time position and puts a heavy emphasis on sales-related activities.  Successful trainees will have the opportunity to advance into a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities as a Trainee

• Engage and communicate with prospective clients via email and phone
• Conduct basic online research
• Review the web presence of prospective clients
• Provide general internet marketing recommendations to prospective clients
• Participate directly in generating leads daily
• Assist in building and implementing lead generation strategies
• Help build and update sales and marketing databases

Minimum Requirements

• Strong interest in internet marketing and new media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
• An understanding of how the internet and web works
• A basic understanding of how websites are created and can be used as a marketing tool
• A basic knowledge of internet marketing tools & tactics (e.g.; blogging, content creation/marketing, social media, search engine optimization/marketing, etc) and how/why they can benefit businesses
• Sales experience OR experience effectively explaining/presenting the benefits of internet marketing tools & tactics in a sales/marketing/account management environment
