Situation

Wise Incorporated always handled IT with internal staffing, but there often was not enough work to justify the expense. Like many companies today, they were also concerned that by allowing one person to control all of the IT support and services, they risked potential issues should that employee relocate or become unavailable. Wise was also undergoing a growth phase in the business that would likely necessitate additional staffing in the company and increased IT support needs.

Solution

Fusework consulted with Wise and evaluated their existing network configuration and staffing. We then began to develop a customized Managed IT support plan under the No Worry Network^TM. A more universal network configuration was implemented that would allow both internal and external support services to be utilized when needed. Fusework also assisted in planning for future company network needs as Wise continues to grow their business in multiple states throughout the country.
