Mr. Thomas Rutter, our chairman, has over 21 years experience in the media business as a principal owner of Rutter Communications with offices across the country.   With the recent sale of the television advertising portion of Rutter, Tom’s valuable experience will be dedicated towards the growing Fusework Studios business. As new media continues to be the way of the future in advertising, Tom backs the Fusework Studios difference in providing creative and quality solutions with affordable, measurable and innovative results.

Tom is a native of Indiana and a Ball State University Alumni. In addition to his leadership at Rutter Communications and Fusework Studios, he also has interests in numerous business enterprises, including long term healthcare, a collection agency and various other real estate holdings.

Mr. Rutter has been an active fixture in a number of community activities and organizations including Ball State University, Boys & Girls Club, United Way, County Chamber of Commerce organizations, The Children’s Museum and many others.

His philanthropy efforts are wide spread and appreciated throughout many Indiana community organizations.  Mr. Rutter is and always will be a strong believer and supporter of giving back to the state and the communities in which he lives and conducts business.
